Beryl Dean Penick Park is located east of the City limits. In memory of Mrs. Beryl Dean Penick, this 139 acre park is preserved as a natural habitat for animals and plant life. It contains walking trails that wind throughout through the park's beautiful, hilly terrain.

Canal Lock Park located on State Route 79 across from the Kaiser entry. It houses the original canal lock where the first shovel of dirt was dug for the Ohio and Erie Canal.

Davis-Shai House is at 301 Central Pkwy.

Dorsey Mill Park located at the end of Dorsey Mill Road encompasses 8.49 acres and functions as an open green space with picnic area for citizens to enjoy. It is the southern terminus of the Riverfront Walkway. The park includes picnic benches and an open shelter.

Forry Preserve located on Licking View Drive and encompasses over 200 acres. Future development plans include walking trails and bike path. The trailhead,completed in 2004, includes a parking area and shelter house.

John C. Geller Park encompasses 51.77 acres located at 480 Cynthia Street. Geller Park offers a variety of experiences with its changes in terrain, open lawns and wooded areas. Notable facilities include the two mile walking path, open play areas, two softball fields, two sand volleyball courts, open play areas, two outdoor shelters and handicap accessible children's play equipment. The park provides a sledding hill in the winter and natural sun shelter during the summer under any of a variety of trees planted as memorials. Geller Park is a focal point for many community events such as Kids First! Fest and the Star Spangled Celebration.

Hitchcock Park is located on the corner of Partridge Road and Partridge Court in the center of a residential area including single-family homes, apartments, and Garfield Elementary School. The 3.09 acre park offers playground equipment, an outdoor shelter, two half-court basketball courts, and picnic area.

Hoback Park encompasses 20.52 acres located east of South 30th Street on Dorsey Mill Road. Facilities include five (5) Little League fields, a basketball court, picnic areas, children's play facility, restrooms, and an enclosed shelter. During the summer, the Heath Sertoma Club offers a well-rounded Little League program including farm and varsity baseball, girls farm and varsity softball and T-ball. The site features access to the South Fork Licking River and wooded areas for hiking and picnicking.

Heath City Water Park is located on Sergeant Simpson Pkwy. off of State Route 79 – behind Heath City Hall.

Heath Community Recreation & Fitness Center is located at 771 Irving-Wick Drive W.
