In the event of a septic tank failure: If you are within 200 feet of a Heath sewer line, you must connect to the sewer and cannot replace the septic tank.
Sewer backups: During normal business hours, contact the Wastewater Department at 522-4802 or Utilities Director Dave Brenner at 403-6103. After 3:30 pm, please call the Police Department at 522-2141 and they will contact the appropriate persons.
Water Connections. Charges shall be assessed and collected for all water connections or taps, and are as follows:
